Indian Army Agniveer Eligibility Criteria 2024

Eligibility criteria for the post of Agniveer under the Indian Army in terms of educational qualification age limit are available below.

Educational institution:

  • Agniveer (GD): One must have passed the Matriculation exam with 45% marks from a recognised board.
  • Agniveer (Technical): One must have passed Intermediate exam with Physics, Chemistry & Biology.
  • Agniveer (Technical Aviation & Ammunition Examiner): One must have passed Intermediate exam and possess a ITI Trade centre from SCVT/NCVT’s recognised institution.
  • Agniveer Clerk: One must have passed the Intermediate exam Science, Commerce or Arts with 60% marks, and additionally he or she has typing skill.
  • Agniveer Store Keeper (Technical): One must have passed the Intermediate exam with at least 60% marks.
  • Agniveer Tradesman: One must have passed Middle School Examination (Class 8) or Matriculation Exam (Class 10) from a recognised board

Age Limit:

One’s age must not be below 17.5 years and above 23 years, and there will be upper age relaxation for reserved category candidates as per Government of India’s rule.

Indian Army Agniveer Application Fee 2024
